For almost a year now, since we had to temporarily close our foodbank centres and move to a home delivery service, we have been purchasing fresh fruit and vegetables to add to our long life food parcels.
We are currently feeding between 250 and 300 people in our local communities every single week, which means our fresh food bill has been high for many months.
