📣Last week, we held a workshop to listen to the views of our clients with lived experience of living on Universal Credit (UC).
We asked them about the adequacy of UC, and whether the current approach to setting levels of financial support from UC is fit for purpose.
We will be submitting the results to Trussell who are collecting evidence to feed into the inquiry by the All-Party Parliamentary Group on Ending the Need for Food Banks.
We thank all the participants who were willing to share their experiences and stories and look forward to seeing the results of the inquiry in the coming months.
