We’ve launched the Epsom & Ewell Foodbank’s Christmas Appeal.
This Christmas we expect to support around 550 households who are struggling financially and find this time of year particularly difficult. Being able to give out Christmas goodie bags, meat vouchers and helping parents afford gifts for their children makes a big difference. This really helps people to know they are cared for.
We are again working with local butchers to provide Meat Vouchers to enable our Foodbank clients in December to choose either meat for a Christmas meal, or to choose some meat in January when finances are extremely tight.
