We are hiring – Community Engagement Coordinator

As the Community Engagement Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the development of our participation and influencing strategy, ensuring that those affected by poverty are central to decisions about how to tackle it.

You will work with the Poverty Lead to set up and facilitate the next phase of the East Surrey Poverty Truth Commission, with the aim of identifying and promoting local policies and practices that help to reduce poverty and alleviate its effects on local residents.

Depending on whether you are part-time or full-time, you will also be involved in rolling out our Cost of the School Day project across local secondary schools, as well as contributing to other awareness-raising and campaigning activities.
