The UK government has confirmed that we are an essential service.
We are working hard to make sure our priority is the safety of everyone who comes to our foodbank. Whether that is someone needing help, someone who is volunteering their time to sort and pack food parcels, or someone making a donation.
If you are coming to get a food parcel from one of our centres:
– For some of our centres, we are only operating from the car park, not the usual building.
– Please queue, 2 metres away from the next person.
– Food parcels will be prepacked only, including vegetarian prepacked bags.
– We won’t be able to swap items.
– We are not able to serve the usual snacks and drinks.
– Please be patient, we are doing the best we can.
